When this leading Australian private health insurer opened its new Parramatta headquarters in 2022, ease of use was the priority: a workforce with every level of technical confidence needed to be able to walk into any space and get started without a second thought. The fit-out spanned a boardroom, meeting and training rooms, breakout and innovation spaces, and media displays throughout the office.

Logitech video-conferencing hardware was installed consistently across the meeting rooms and executive boardroom, operating on Microsoft Teams Rooms, the natural platform given the workforce's existing familiarity with the Microsoft ecosystem. The staff breakout was fitted with a projector and drop-down screen, a confidence display, and handheld microphones, so it could flex between formal presentations and informal town halls. A multi-camera solution supported the training and innovation spaces, networked digital signage carried content across the office's media displays, and hearing augmentation ensured every space was accessible to staff and visitors alike.

We've been the client's ongoing audio-visual integrator since 2022, and the relationship has continued well beyond that original fit-out project. Today, those rooms remain in daily use, supporting a workforce that continues to rely on them for meetings, training sessions and everyday collaboration across the business.
